Annabelle and Paul are very proud to be representing Bottega Rotolo in Sydney, the city that is responsible for their love for the Industry. Paul has worked as a Chef for many years, beginning his training at Aria Restaurant in Sydney as a young apprentice and more recently a culinary sabbatical in the South of France and Northern Italy.
Annabelle holds a Grand Diploma of Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and has studied a Masters in Gastronomy.
Together they are building their business in NSW around their own food philosophy; seasonality, artisan producers and education on the products and the people behind them.
